Janet Hammerman
Founder
Janet is the founder of Brand Builder Media. She is a public relations specialist who develops custom strategies that help companies build their businesses. She has a proven track record of success with a diverse group of clients. From hair dressers to politicians she gives all her clients the attention to detail they deserve whether they are big or small. She has promoted and executed numerous events and knows how to make them both fun and effective. Her unique perspective regarding marketing and advertising stems from her background in psychology. She understands how branding and imagery can impact people’s thinking, feelings and actions.
Janet has a long history of giving to and engaging with the community. She has been board member of a local non-profit for years, is on the Mukilteo Chamber of Commerce board and is a Parks and Arts Commissioner. At any public event she is there giving her all for her clients and the community. She helped organize and is currently the communications chair of the Mukilteo Youth Coalition a group dedicated to helping teens in crisis.
She developed and implemented a self-help support system focusing on the psychology of health and wellness. Her Free To Be You program allows people to understand and communicate better so they can find effective and sustainable pathways to healthy living. Through group interaction this series of workshops helps individuals relate to common issues regarding their life and health. She continues to promote and market this group help system.
